The Macclesfield u3a Military Aviation Group will restart in September following an active year of talks from members and friends on a wide variety of topics. From the Start of the Royal Flying corps in 1914, a bomber crew in 1940/1945, flying in the Suez crisis and in the Falklands and over Iraq, to hearing a Japanese pilot's view of their conflict.
The next session begins on Friday 11th September on life at RAF college Cranwell through the ages [1951 to 1980] from three members of the group.
