We are a friendly group who welcome new members. You do not need knowledge of birds to join; a pair of binoculars would help but we do have a pair to loan out.
We visit a variety of habitats throughout the year. Usually meetings continue until early afternoon and people bring lunch. However, in most locations you could break off at lunchtime. Food may be available at some venues.
Unless otherwise specified meetings will start at 10:00. Please arrive a little earlier so you can get kitted up in time to move off at the specified time.
We meet all through the year except for July and August..
