Gawsworth Hall
Saturday 4th July - An Evening of Musicals Our newly formed group enjoyed a fantastic first outing in July to Gawsworth Hall. Members shared a picnic in the grounds before a lively performance of songs from a range of musicals. Despite the weather everyone had a good time & we are looking forward to more events.
More activities are planned for later in the year, including trips to local venues and dining out. Full details will appear on the group’s webpage or join the group to receive priority email access.
RHS Bridgewater Gardens
Our latest Out and About event To Bridgewater Gardens was proclaimed a great success by the 19 members attending on the day. Everyone was chatting away on the extremely comfortable journey by minibus and although the weather was a little changeable it didn’t dampen anyone’s spirit. The gardens themselves offered a stunning variety of plants, trees and settings and the café, shop and garden centre were enjoyed by everyone.
